How to order tobacco products online?

All available products are enlisted in the left of the page. Select the desired brand and click on it once and you will be redirected to the brand description page.

Click the button “Buy now” and you will be directed to the shopping cart. Indicate the amount of cartons you would like to purchase and click “update cart” to see the total price. Then click “Confirm order” button. If you would like to purchase several brands then push “Continue Shopping” button and repeat the aforementioned steps.

After clicking “Confirm Order” button you are directed to the Account Access page. Log in to your account you already are registered at the site, or use your email to create a new account. Then you will be taken to Shipping and Billing page. Fill in the required information and click “Submit” button.

You are directed to the Secure Checkout Server where you have to indicate the personal information from your card. After that, push “Purchase” button.

If everything is correct you will receive an Order Status Notification Letter, confirming that your order is authorized; and after a while Order Shipment Confirmation. Both letters are sent to the e-mail address you have indicated while logging in.

My order was declined. What should I do?

Your order can be declined due to one of the following reasons:

  1. You have made an error while entering the personal information;
  2. Our processing company does not work with your card type (We accept the payment via Bitcoins or money transfers via wire transfer);
  3. Your card does not have sufficient funds to order;
  4. Technical problem; etc

Do you provide an autodelivery option?

Can you pack my order in one large box, so I could receive it at once and save on shipping costs?

I have received only a part of my order, when can I expect the remaining part?

We always ship the complete orders on the same day in packages, containing 2-3 cartons. Sometimes the packages could be delayed in the airports or other places, causing the interval in the arrival. Please, don’t be worried, the remaining part of the orders usually arrives within several days.
